We are pleased and excited to announce that today, September 5, 2007, an agreement has been reached to join the businesses of e-Lab Analytical, Inc. with ALS Laboratory Group, North America, based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. e-Lab Analytical, Inc. is now part of the global ALS Laboratory Group, offering a greater range of analytical chemistry all around the world.

e-Lab Analytical is one of the most highly recognized quality leaders for environmental testing throughout the US market; with two laboratories in Texas and Michigan, and three service centers in Chicago, Valparaiso, and Detroit. Throughout its history, e-Lab Analytical has catapulted through the ranks to achieve national recognition by ranking in the top 20 U.S. Environmental Lab Companies for Annual Revenue and the top 5 for Productivity and Efficiency.

With this union, e-Lab Analytical joins a most impressive global network of environmental laboratories which now includes 32 locations spread around the globe. These countries include Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, and now, the United States of America; all providing clients with superior analytical and technical support for local and international projects. The ALS Laboratory Group is a diverse, global company with 95 laboratories operating in 31 countries staffed by over 4,000 employees. In addition to environmental services, the ALS Laboratory Group offers a broad range of sophisticated, state of the art services to four main market segments including: mining and mineral exploration, equipment maintenance through used lubricant analysis, commodity analysis and certification, and environmental monitoring.
